Background
Mondopoint enables meaningful risk sharing between healthcare providers and suppliers based on the clinical
performance of medical products. Our platform allows these types of agreements to be implemented at scale by
automating the ongoing monitoring and enforcement of their performance-based terms. Mondopoint operates
as an honest broker to both parties, providing mutual transparency into item-level cost, quality, and outcomes
data on a real-time basis.

Job Overview
The primary role of the Medical Outcomes Research is to support the firms R&D efforts through the compilation
and analysis of published research measuring the impact of medical products on clinical outcomes. This is a parttime role for health information professionals that is based in Chicago, IL but can be performed remotely/virtually
on an independent contractor basis.

Responsibilities

Compiling, evaluating, and synthesizing relevant research literature from academic, industry, and
government sources and databases
Supporting clinical experts in collection, collation, and analysis of clinical research data
Developing and presenting summaries of research efforts to internal clinical R&D teams

Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited university; ideally in library/information sciences or related field
Proven ability to successfully plan, manage, and execute literature review research projects
Strong proficiency in sourcing and interpreting published clinical research
Familiarity with health-related government research agencies and hands-on knowledge working with
their associated data sources (e.g., CMS, NIH, CDC, AHRQ, et al)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Disciplined work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Medical librarian and/or clinical background a plus
