Work method of Track Shifting 5 cm ~ 20 cm


1.

Preparation work
1.1. Verify contract and specification
1.2. Confirmation drawing and submit to engineer.
1.3. Subgrade preparation already finish
1.4. Material already approved by Engineer
1.5. Material already Stocking

2.

Site Survey
2.1. Survey and Stackingout every 10 m
2.2. Coordination with Civil section, Signal section, and OHC section

3.

Safety
3.1. Safety for manpower Train watcher standby on working time.
3.2. Safety for train operation Accordance with PT.KAI regulation.
3.3. Safety for transportation material and equipment Coordination with PT. KAI ( Train Dispatcher ).

4.

Excecution work
4.1. Preparation track shifting day time
4.1.1.

Check of the reference point every 10 meter.

4.1.2.

Measure and marking on the bottom rail by paint marker for shifting.

4.1.3.

Excavate ballast on the track flat bootom sleeper

4.2. Excecution track shifting at day time

5.

4.2.1.

Excavate ballast end of Sleeper shift to left or right side.

4.2.2.

Shift of track from 5 cm to 20 cm.

Measuring of track center until designated point tolerance 5 mm.


5.1. Measure of track after finish.
