SP-799S POLYESTER/GLASS FILAMENT TAPE

DESCRIPTON
SP-799S consists of 0.025mm polyester film laminated to glass filaments and coated with a polyacrylate adhesive system.
SP-799S features a high tensile strength backing with high tack adhesion, in combination with a smooth, tight unwind.
When fully cured, SP-799S provides a permanent insulation layer which is resistant to most transformer oils.
APPLICATIONS
SP-799S finds use as core, layer and final insulation of coils in oil filled transformers, as well as other electrical applications
requiring a high tensile and mechanical strength tape.
