Modified Fettuccini with Kale

Ingredients

Olive oil- 2 teaspoons


Fettuccini -8 ounces
Butter- 3 tablespoons
Kale-desired amount
Spinach- desired amount
Swiss chard- desired amount
Carrot-desired amount
Tomato- of a whole tomato
Onion- of a whole onion
Garlic cloves- one garlic clove
Salt- half a teaspoon
Garlic powder- teaspoon
Lemon pepper-teaspoon

Directions
Boil the fettuccini in a medium to large pot depending on amount that is being made. On
a separate pan, add olive oil along with the spinach, kale, Swiss chard, and carrots. Cut up onion,
tomato, and the garlic clove and add to mixture. Add desired amount of salt, if any, and heat until
desired finish.
Once the fettuccini is done, empty out the pot and add two tablespoons of butter, allowing
it to melt. Once melted, add garlic powder, fettuccini, and vegetable mixture to the pot. Add one
last teaspoon of butter, along with desired amount of lemon pepper and salt.
