    ADDENDUM-02

    Date of addendum issued: 1st September 2016.


    Request for proposal for planning, design, supply, installation, testing,
    commissioning and handholding of LTE RAN on existing PS Core for Bhutan
    Telecom Limited on turnkey basis
    with reference to RFP section-v, technical specification sub clause 5.48.10:
    Beamforming shall be possible to increase effective coverage, it was
    decided that this is more relevant in case of TDD-LTE and will not be valid
    for current scope. Secondly, under BILL OF MATERIALS, Serial No. 11.2
    regarding the existing SGSN-MME throughput is wrongly mentioned as
    100kPPS. Kindly take note that our existing throughput is 1000kPPS.
