Federal Definition:
A federal government is a system that divides up power between a strong national government and smaller local
governments. We'll take a look at how power plays out between the national and local government, and the benefits
of a federal government
Municipal:
Canada, municipal government is a type of local council authority that provides local services, facilities, safety and
infrastructure for communities.
Provincial:
The Legislature is the name of the Legislative Assembly together with the Lieutenant Governor. The provinces' areas
of responsibility, defined in the Constitution Act, 1867, include health, child welfare, municipal government, highways,
labour, property and civil rights, and education.
