AMICABLE SETTLEMENT
We, the Complainant and the Respondents in the above captioned
case, do hereby agree to settle our dispute as follows: The
Respondents agree to fully vacate the land under the possession of the
Complainant covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Nos. T-10622, T10632, T-10633, T-10634 and T-10635 and take all the improvements
constructed thereon on or before November 14, 2016.
