RENTAL APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Each adult (18 years or older) who will live in the unit MUST submit a completed Rental
Application, provide supporting Documents and pay a non-refundable App. Fee of $50.00.
Supporting Documents

Copy of Photo Identification: Drivers License, U.S. Passport or any State-Issued photo I.D.

Copy of Employment/Sources of Income: YTD Paystub (Min. 2 Months), Prior Year W-2,
Child Support, Grants, Pensions, GI Benefits, Disability, Trust Funds, Social Security and
Savings Accounts.

Submit a completed Rental Application, provide supporting Documents and pay a nonrefundable Application Fee of $50.00 by scheduling an appointment at the property with

NOTE: The non-refundable Application Fee of $50.00 must be paid by money order or cashiers
check made payable to: FORDOME INVESTMENTS.
Once a completed Rental Application, Supporting Documents and non-refundable Application
Fee has been submitted, your Rental Application will be processed. You will be contacted with a
request for additional info. or a leasing decision by phone or email within 3 business days.
MOVE IN COSTS: All of our units require first month, last month, and a security deposit equal to
1 months rent.
