Good morning everyone! How is everyones day going so far?

Good! Is everyone ready to have some fun today? Great, so
today we are going to be working on getting your heart super
strong. So we are going to go through and obstacle course
and get your heart pumping real good. The motor skills that
we are going to be working on today are running, skipping,
hopping and jumping.Hopping is jumping up on one foot,
Jumping is with two feet. To skip you want to put one foot in
front, so step, then bring the other leg up with your knee to
your chest, hop, and then put that same foot down as the next
step. Okay is everyone ready to see the obstacle course.

We are going to start by running to a

cone, turning around and jumping over
mini hurdles or cones. Then after jumping
over the hurdles you are going to skip
through cones set up in a diagonal
formation, and end by hopping into hula
hoops across hot lava! Does everyone
understand? No, okay we will give you a
demonstration on how to get through the
course. We will practice a few times and
then end on a couple races to see how
fast we can get through the course. Does
that sound like fun? Alright, lets go!
