Scope& Integration
Scope:

-outlining and helping the team understand the scope goes way farther than any of
the items within the project, because if the project is not headed in the right
direction, or does not have the right specs to go off of, the project will not have the
proper progress
-ground work, construction, leveling, maintenance
-subcontracting (who does what work?)
-timeline?
What is the ACTUAL work we will be doing???
(Clarify to ensurecan our team do this work?, Do we have access to the proper
resources?, Manpower?)
***As the work progresses, scope often changes, and the project needs to be given
clear and actual direction, with scope updates

Integration:

-the purpose of having an integration management section in a project, is to ensure

it is a TEAM event that brings a project to fruition, not just one person telling the
rest what to do, because one person cannot be good at everything. (E.g: pm doing
cost, h.r. doing scheduling)
-how comments and growth are achieved in the industry
-what is necessary for the success of teams, and involvement that would have
beforehand meant out of reach objectives for a team.*

-know and understand who you will be working with, to accomplish the required
tasks
we will do this through meetings , expert judgement, project management
information systems
