NEW HIRE ENHANCED PACKAGE

Introduction

Effective immediately, the Enhanced New Hire Package will provide hiring managers in the Wells
Fargo Wealth Management an all-in-one request for new hardware.This will standardize requests to the Order
Center to ensure new team members have all the necessary hardware to work on their first day. This document is
to list all available options included in this package. The main components to the Enhanced New Hire Package
includes: a computer system, computer peripherals, desktop equipment and additional services.

Computer System

All computer systems within Wealth Management are being replaced with laptops for versatility and
convivence. Each laptop comes with the Nexus image, which includes Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe
Reader with additional software available for order.

Computer Peripherals

Each laptop ordered through the Wealth Management Order Center comes with an airport friendly
travel case, an HP Classic wired keyboard and mouse combo, and one travel sized power supply. Additional
peripherals available include a local HP printer, wireless and/or ergonomic keyboard and mouse combo, all
peripherals are ISO 29136 compliant for interconnectivity.

Desktop Equipment

As a desktop replacement, the Enhanced New Hire Package includes all the necessary equipment to
convert your mobile laptop to a full desktop workstation experience. To accomplish this task, a laptop docking
station, and a monitor is provided. The dockings station come with an additional power supply and fit all current
and previous generations of HP 840, 820, and 850 model laptops. Current monitor is the 20-inch HP W2082a,
larger size monitors are also available for all team members with ADA requirements. You can purchase
additional docking stations and multiple monitors, be aware that the laptops can use a maximum of three
screens at a time.

Additional Services
Each laptop is configured prior to shipment so it is ready to go immediately upon receiving it. As part of the
request, a field tech can be dispatched open delivery to set up the laptop and all desktop hardware to ensure all
equipment is configured and installed correctly.
All standard and additional options are available separately through he Wealth Management Order Center at the
same cost as the New Hire Enhanced Package, this request helps eliminate any unnecessary downtime due to
