Good Day!
We are students undertaking BS Civil Engineering at the Ateneo de Naga University. As part of
our course, we are conducting a research project entitled Comprehensive Development Plan of
Infrastructure and Utilities of Naga City. This project aims to improve Naga City in terms of the
infrastructure particularly transportation, drainage systems and waterline systems. In this study,
we are going to evaluate the current situation of traffic, drainage systems and waterline systems
of every barangay. Prior to undertaking this study and for its fulfilment, we need your support so
that we can present this to the city councillors. Also, we need your coordination so that we can
conduct surveys and interviews to the city councillors.
I can assure you that I will make every effort to ensure the study does not disrupt the working
environment in any way and any data collected will remain confidential. We are applying for the
study from the Ateneo de Naga University, College of Science and Engineering.
