Table
is a casting of grey iron. The upper area is furnished with T-slots. The longitudinal ball screw is
initial tended, so the parallel milling is possible. There is a bearing with a controller on the right side
of the table. The controller enables the switching-on either of the longitudinal feed or of drive for the
rotary mechanical table. On the left side is a cog-wheel that enables the drive of dividing unit or of
longitudinal dividing unit. On the table there are the guiding surfaces with dimensions 55x35mm at
FGS 50 T+ and at FGS 63 T+.
2. Gearbox
is a separate assembly unit that is mounted to the
milling spindle through heat insulated plate. The
gearbox enables by means of hydraulically
controlled shifters automatically shift 18 speed
amounts. Lubrication is automatic by electropump from the reservoir in the
stand.
3. Central servodrive
is placed on the left side of the knee. It drives across the cog-wheel the
feed rake in the knee. It enables continuous regulation of the working
feeds and shifting of the rapid rate and finishing microfeed.
4. Hardening of the guiding surfaces
The machine is equipped with the automatical hardening of the guiding
surfaces. The hardening is hydraulic. In thrust listels of all axes there
are holes equipped with small rams. These small rams automatically harden the axis
that is not in function.
5. Hydraulic aggregate
is a separate assembly unit placed in the column. The aggregate controls revolutions
change, tools clamping, recoil of the knee, hardening of the guiding surfaces.
6. Automatic tools clamping
tools in the horizontal spindle and milling heads are automatically clamped. The tool
holder is provided by the clamping bolt. The bolt is then through the ball collet by the
help of cup springs indrawn into the spindle taper by the force of 15 000N.
Unclamping of the tool proceeds hydraulically. The clamping is indicated by the limit
switch.
7. Automatic lubrication of guiding surfaces
is automatic depending on time. In the electric switchboard it is possible to set 3 lubrication time intervals.
The lubrication aggregate is placed on the stand door. The stand closes the area of the hydraulical
aggregate. Into the particular lubrication spots is oil accurately dosed by dosing devices. Aggregate is
provided by the level gauge indicating the absence of the lubrication oil and at the end of the lubrication run
is provided by the pressure switch that indicates possible lubrication breakdown. In case of the lubrication
breakdown is not possible to start the feeds.
8. Covering
vertical guiding surfaces above the knee are protected
against chips flying away and against cooling liquid with
telescopic metal covers. The transverse guiding areas are
blown by air. The working area is protected by the covering.
In the front part there are the devided door. After its pulling
out on the swinging sticks the whole lenth of the table is
accessible. On the right and left side is the working area
protected by the swivel covers, all these parts are carried by
the table. The back part of the working area is covered by
the firm covers carried by the knee. The input into the
working area is watched by the security switches. The
covering of the machine meets the requirements of ES
directive 89/392, amended by EC directives ES 31/368 and 93/44.

This head as special machine accessories is fixed with the screw and the pin to the milling spindle
face. Turning of two bodies by hand inclined to each other under 45 o enables spindle turning to
any position in front hemispherical area. Turning is done by hand.

The head can be furnished with the lifting off unit, if required, that will swing away the head to the
left side of the column, where it can be fixed.
13. Horizontal fulfilment
Supporting arm with bearing, long milling arbor and lifting off unit
Supporting arm with bearing, lifting off unit and long milling arbor: it is supplied to the machine as
special accessories. The supporting arm with the bearing serves for supporting of the long milling
arbor. It is composed by the cast-iron casting, with the dovetail guidance for adjustable supporting
arm. The arm is clamped by the help of bolts and pegs on the
spindle face. The bearing is equipped with the sliding case for
the supporting of the arbor. It is possible to lift the arm to the
right side of the stand by the help of lifting off unit and to fasten
down here.

Notice: by the lenth of spindle axis to the table clamping board value 90-125 mm it is possible to use the
transverse stroke restrictly. If the headstock is in the transverse direction above the table, the vertical
stroke is restricted.
