What might be the reason due to which staff were surprised and became dissatisfied?
According to the case the company administrative director circulated the information about training to all the
head of the organization ,most of the employee resistance the training program ,some of them feel fear and
some mentioned they are busy for training program. After couple of time, some of the employee noticed
they did not get any information about training. At the last time director decided to send two of the
employee of the organization. Hearing the decision of director the employee became surprised and became
dissatisfied.
In depth words, the director did not allocate all the staff of the organization. As a case all the employee did
not get adequate message about the new session of training program, and procedure of selection of
employees. The manager deploy the monopoly business on the process of selection. He fetch employees
according to his perception and judgment. The success of any training program can be gauge by amount of
learning that occurs and is transferred to the job. It is believe that unplanned, uncoordinated and haphazard
training effort significantly reduce the learning.
As above definition, we can clear the main issues ,why the employee were surprised and became
dissatisfied.

2. What should the company do in the Forth coming days in order to make training and development
system more effective?

The different between employees desired performance and actual performance may indicate a training
need. Before organizing the training programme,it is necessary to identify training need for time to time
.information about training need is collected from various sources such as supervisors, employees
themselves,HR directors ,result of the performance evaluation etc.normally ,the demand for the training
programme arises to cope with the following work situation.

Gauging employees performance


Changes in the prevailing technology and work procedure
For increasing productivity and effectiveness of certain units of operation.

The following above strategies and concept can be enhance the training and
development system more effective and efficient . a careful assessement of the

training need for employees will assit the HR department to design and
organize training programme for improving skills and enhancing employee
capacity to cope with the ever changing demand.
