Colours/Centerpieces

A guarantee of attendance for all food events will be required 48 hours in advance. The Club will
prepare and set for 5% over guaranteed attendance. All food and beverage items are subject to 16%
service charge and a 5% sales tax. All charges are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance fee after thirty
days. Cancellation of this event within 5 calendar days of the scheduled date will result in the
assessment equal to 90% of all ordered services or products.
