Please add specific comments about the student teachers observed strengths
during this teaching practicum and identify areas in which you feel further
development is necessary.
Observed Strengths: /
*
The lesson was creative. I liked that you had
the students repeat the name of the first
quarter moon after you. I also thought you
were well prepared.

Areas in which further development is needed:

*
Make sure that you have the students attention before
you give instructions. Also, make sure you are using a
louder voice. It was very hard to hear you. Make sure
instructions are clear and easy to follow.

General Comments: The lesson was creative and had the students engaged. However, there
needs to be improvement with instruction giving and classroom management.
Aim for Next lesson
The aim for the next lesson is to give clear instructions that can be heard.

Observed Strengths: /
* The lesson was creative. I liked that once you
passed out the masks you had the students
share about the mask that they had gotten and
had them give an adjective to describe their
mask.

Areas in which further development is needed:

*
It was difficult to hear you. Make sure to project your
voice. Make sure that you give your expectations to the
students before you pass anything out. Also, make sure
that you have students speaking on at a time and not
calling out all at once.

General Comments:
Over all the lesson was creative. You need to mostly focus on classroom management skills.

Aim for Next lesson

The aim for the next lesson is to speak louder and making sure that you have the attention of
the students before instructing.

*
I was able to hear you much better today. I
could tell that you were trying to improve in
this area. Once again I thought that your
lesson was creative and engaged the students.
I also liked that you incorporated the 123
strategy for getting students attention.

Areas in which further development is needed:

*
Playing music can be nice when students are already
working on classroom. Make sure that you have fully
explained all instructions before playing any music. Also
make sure if you are going to play music that t is calmin
and not distracting the students.

General Comments:
Over all I have seen improvement in your teaching. You create creative lessons and have work
to improve in areas we talked about.
Aim for Next lesson
The aim for your nest lesson would be to continue to work on classroom management
strategies.
