To whom it may concern:

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Ethan Torres over the last 2 years as a
student in my Precalculus class and has my current teachers assistant. During this
time, I have observed Ethan to be a hard working, responsible person who is very
passionate about learning. Academically, he consistently completed all assigned work
and routinely scored high on assessments. He was also very active participant in
collaborative assignments where he frequently showed a natural tendency to take
charge of his group and lead discussions. Currently, Ethan maintains a grade point
average of 3.9 and has plans to pursue a degree in Engineering after high school.
As my teacher assistant, Ethan has the tasks of helping with grading of
homework, grading of assessments and various other small tasks that help me in the
classroom. He has shown to be not only efficient and accurate in accomplishing these
tasks but follows directions with precision. Ethan has shown initiative by helping the
substitutes with class procedures as well as help struggling students on days I am out of
the room. I feel Ethan is an essential component in helping me run my classroom
effectively and efficiently.
Outside the classroom, Ethans leadership, strong work ethic and perseverance
were on display in school athletics. He was a two year member of the El Capitan
football team where he was team captain his junior and senior year. He also was a
member of the wrestling team for three of his four years and on the track team for two
where he threw the shotput and discuss
On top of all the success Ethan has had in the classroom and in his athletic
career, I have found Ethan to be a kind and respectful with person with a heart to help
others. It is because of these characteristics that I have no reservation in recommending
Mr. Ethan Torres to any program he applies for. He will be a strong asset to any group,
organization or institute he is associated with.
