Choice for Me
The best meal of these four
choices for me is Wendy's
because the fiber and protein
are higher than the others.
When comparing the fat,
sodium and carbohydrate
levels, Wendy's is
unfortunately higher, but I
would choose not to eat all of
the fries to lessen the total
amounts of fat, sodium and
carbs, and benefit from higher
fiber and protein content.
