I heard a Fly buzz - when I died by Emily Dickinson

In the poem of Dickinsons I heard a Fly buzz - when I died, she expresses King as
a symbol of faith and hope. The poem focuses on having ones last moment before death
arrives. People are waiting for the narrators death and then preparing themselves on the final
moment, which she is in the room waiting for death to come. This is seen as the narrator
waits for when the King / Be witnesses-in the room-, (7-8). This demonstrates that one day
her faith and hope will become real. the people around her start to prepare themselves on her
final moment which she notes I heard a Fly buzz-when I died, (1) before her death. Fly in
this poem greatly emphazises on a process of death. Which death is slowly swallow up her
existence. As we can see in the poem, Fly will comes when the corpse are sluggish rotten
down. Eventhough she knows that she will die in one day, her faith that one day god will
comes to her never fade away. Which this emphazises that she has a belives that faith will
bring her a peace eventhough she knows that she has to die. Indeed, death brings a hope to
her. This passage reminds her of constant life before and after death. For her, she shows the
strong belives and faith about life after death.
