Please answer the questions below for another team after reading their charter. Please add a specific
example to each of your responses that indicate a need for correction or addition.

Questions:
1. Format:
a. Does the charter employ standard memo format (see Markel 254-55), such as
an informative heading with members names, the date, the subject, etc.?
No team member names
Instead of subject: team charter, use subject: iFixit Charter
Option: display team name across the top of the page (refer pg 254 Markel)
b. Does the charter have consistently formatted, well-named headings separated with
appropriate white space?
Make headings stand out (bold, underline)

2. Content:
a. Does the charter include a prominent team name and logo?

b. Does the charter discuss overall performance expectations for the project and team,
including information about meetings, communication media, timelines and behavior?
yes
c. Does the charter explain in detail how the team will resolve conflicts?
Conflicts cannot be solved according to the charter. It just passes on responsibility to the
project manager. The conflict should be able to be solved using the charter as a
guideline. (example: charter says to use voting system, if there is a tie project
managers decision is chosen.)
d. Does the charter cite two sources (one of which may be Markel) in its discussion of team
work or conflict resolution? Are those sources cited both in the text itself as well as in a
list of works cited, bibliography, or reference section at the end of the memo?

charter breaches that constitute grounds for bringing Dr. Bruce a firing request?
