PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIER / VENDORS

Chitral Integrated Area Development Program (CIADP) is a Norwegian funded program being executed by
THRIVE. THRIVE-CIADP now invites suitable, experienced and capable firms / agencies to submit their
Prequalification documents to undertake / supply following items at Chitral.
Invitation for Pre-qualification of participants is requested for any/all of the following items:

Office Equipments including but not limited to Desktop Computers, Photocopiers, Printers,
Scanners, Fax, Stabilizers, UPS, LED/LCD and multimedia etc.
Furniture for Schools, School Laboratory Equipments and Chemicals, White/Black Boards, All
Stationary items, Charts / Teaching learning Aids and Misc related items.
Medical Equipments including Dentistry equipments, surgery equipments, laboratory equipments
and any other related items;

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested parties may submit pre-qualification document including but not be limited to the following:12345-

Company profile / Organization and status of the firm;

Registration certificate with any registration authority especially sales tax registration certificate;
List of major clients along with value of business handled;
All interested organizations must have office/representatives at Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
Certified audited balanced sheet for last 3 years

SUMISSION: Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked

CONFIDENTIAL PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT on or before 29th April 2013 at 1400 hours
to House # 497, Street 12, G-10/2, Islamabad 2011 and address to: GM Finance & Admin, THRIVECIADP.
