A. I first gave freedom of choice for partner options by through the

use of shape chart and then paired them off by choosing one of
the objects that they self-assigned with a partner. After that, I
handed out a worksheet for them to work on together. This
worksheet was given very vague details and almost no structure
on what to do or what I expected. Next I gave another worksheet,
this worksheet was the same information but gave a structured
chart as well as in-depth directions to work on rather than the
simple details from before.
B. My sense of purpose was to show the importance of structure as
well as freedom in the students working, all while having control
of the situation due to my word being order.
C. I believe my strength was first giving out a paper with near no
structure or expectations, but then giving out the same
assignment yet with detailed information and a chart with
structure.
D. I would add more options for partner choices and a clear
understanding on how the partner system exactly works.
