Technical Specifications
Mains Voltage: 3 Ph, 415 v +/- 10%, 50 Hz +/- 5%
Control Voltage: 110 V AC.
Main Components:
-01 Nos. 0.75 Kw, 3Ph Induction Motors
-02 Nos. EOL pressure switch
-01 Nos. Ultrasonic Level switches.
-01 Nos. Pressure switch for high pressure safety.
-01 Nos. SAV Change over valve.
Functional Logic
The system can be switched ON only when the level of grease in the reservoir is OK as
indicated by the absence of Low-Low Level indication on the control panel.
The system can be operated locally by selecting Local mode OR by a remote start command
from the Customers system by selecting Remote mode.
With the mode selection switch either in Local or Remote mode and with the Pump selector
switch in position A, the pump A starts automatically. At the same time the cyclic timer (T2)
ON time starts. The grease is pumped into line 1. As soon as the end of line pressure builds
up, the EOL pressure switch-1 operates and the signal is given to change over valve which
operates the directional control valve in the grease line. The grease is now pumped into line
2.When the end of line pressure builds up in line 2, the EOL pressure switch-2 operates and
the changeover valve is again activated and the pump pressure changes over to line 1 & pump
stops running. This completes one greasing cycle. At the same time the pause timer (T1)
starts counting.
After the pause time, cycle restarts and continues as above and repeats itself till the cycle stop
command is given if in local mode or by removing the Remote start command in Remote
mode.

Fault Conditions:
Hooter will blow and lamp will glow and the system stops under following fault conditions.
1. Low-Low Level Fault Low-Low Level in reservoir
2. Line-1 & 2 Fault - If EOL (End of Line) pressure switch does not operate within the
preset time on the Monitoring Timer, it indicates failure to build up or sense pressure
in that line. The Monitoring timer generates fault signals under these conditions.
3. Pump High Pressure Fault - If too high pressure develops at the outlets of pump.
4. Motor Trip.
