She uses candy to reward students who make As on test grades.

She goes over each test to make sure the students understand what they

miss.
She lets the students make a foldable to study with.
Pulls students to a desk if they ask or need individual help.
Makes sure children show their work on every problem.
Lets students check their homework after they do a few problems to make
sure they are on the right track. She doesnt let students use the bathroom

until they have completed part of their work.

Works with students needs. For example: she lets a student stand up and do

his work because he cant sit still in a chair enough to concentrate.

The students sit at tables with two seats but she makes them turn the chairs

away from one another so they do their own work.

Creates songs to help students learn order of operations and formulas for

problems.
She gives students who dont have internet access at home extra time on

their work.
Plays games on chromebooks and the winner gets extra credit on the next

test.
She makes the students replace their calculator with their cell phones when
they take it out of the slot.
