Dear Mrs. Bulay-og,

This is a formal letter of demand for you to vacate the premises of Lot No. 20, Psu-01-23-456789, in
Bagacay, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental within five (5) days from the receipt of this letter. This lot
is owned by me, Juan Tamad under Original Certificate of Title No. 1122.
I have communicated my request for you to vacate the property personally in April 2014, and again in
May 2014, but you have refused my requests. Now I am constrained to make this formal written
demand for you to vacate the property.
I am making this demand as the true owner of the property with the right to its possession and use. If
you do not vacate within five (5) days, I will be forced to resort to file a complaint for a legal remedy to
restore my possession of the property. I hope you will be agreeable to my request for you to vacate and
that we can avoid any unnecessary legal expenses.
Please Respond by June 19, 2014 or I will be forced to go to court. I'd like to solve this in a peaceful
way if possible.
