Brushless synchronous single bearing alternator.

Class H insulation, IP21 protection, 2/3 pitch winding
Conforming to GB755, BS 5000 (third part), VDE 0530, NEMA MGI-22,IEC34, CSA C22.2-100, ASB59
Standard voltage regulation of 0.8 to 1 % with speed variation of 3%.
Available voltages are: 380 / 220 to 415 / 240 VAC, 50Hz. 220 / 127 and 380 / 220 to 480 / 277 VAC, 60Hz.

Tropical duty radiator with engine driven pusher fan and fan guards
Steel fabricated base frame with built in 4-8 hours capacity fuel bank

o Set Mounted Auto/Manual start digital / programmable control panel using Deepsea 5310 or equivalent
J1939 enabled controller communicating directly with engine ECU complete with meterings for voltage,
current, frequency, KW, KVA, powerfactor, oil pressure, water temperature, rpm, DC voltage, hours
counter.
o Engine shutdown protection are available for low oil pressure high water temperature, under and
over speed (or frequency) under and over AC voltage, low battery voltage, charging system failure
and over current.

The Soundproof enclosures are fabricated from cold rolled steel and powder paint finished to

standard manufacturers colors. The sound level is 85 dba at 1 meter in free field condition.
Soundproof gensets are supplied with residential exhaust silencers. Each enclosure have large
lockable side doors for easy access to the generator. The genset control panel is accessible via a
glass door at the alternator end of the enclosure.
Other Options
Check with the factory for other available options including super silent enclosures, Automatic
Transfer Switches, synchronizing systems, trailers, electronic governors, engine heaters,
anticondensation heaters, special alarms, free standing fuel tanks, remote cooling systems, special
AVRs, medium voltages and others as customers may require.
