Dear Mr. Eldredge:
We have recently encountered some troubles with our contract, regarding our
advertising agreement. Our contract, signed on September 14, 2016, stated that the
Library Bar would pay $500.00 bi-monthly for advertising in the gaming consoles
located in your laundromat.
On October 3rd, I visited your establishment and found no advertisements regarding
our business. However, there were flyers scattered on tables sponsoring Libary Bear. I
addressed this issue with Sofia Piazza, Director of Media & Marketing. She assured me
that the matter would be addressed. On October 26th, I visited again. This time, there
were no forms of advertisement for the Library Bar located.
Not having proper advertisement can be detrimental to a new business. The Library Bar
could have increased its revenue and client base with proper advertisement. Library Bar
spent $1,500 on advertising reeling on your service to bring awareness to our business.
Due to the breach of contract, we would like to be reimbursed our payment of $1,500 by
November 10, 2016. Additionally, we ask Not Your Father's Laundromat to provide us
with a month of free advertisements. After the month, both companies will then
renegotiate the advertisement contract.
