(508) 808-3379 LibraryBar.com October 8, 2016 Jason Rawinski Chief Financial Officer Nichols Hospital 123 Fake Street Dudley MA 01571 Dear Mr. Rawinski: Thank you for your letter of October 3, in which you addressed a discrepancy on your order of two kegs of our seasonal beer, made on September 20th. I am sorry for the inconvenience of receiving only one keg; the second keg will arrive before October 9. We will also be including a voucher for two free kegs on your next order, valid for any of our specialty microbrews. The problem was the result of an error in the way we organize small keg deliveries. Originally we used hand written invoices, as a result the two looked like a one. Our delivery drivers also did not double check the original invoice to check discrepancies. The Library Bar since has begun to enter every invoice into the computer, as well as send a copy to customer for them to confirm the order. Our drivers will also check the order after loading the car, and prior to delivering to ensure mistakes like this will not happen again. Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We value Nichols Hospital as a customer and hope to continue our business together. If you have any questions or comment, please contact me personally. Sincerely,
