Task 1
Task one will have
three different
stations. Hurdles,
Batons, and shotput.
For the hurdles
stations you will take
turns then get into a
race. You will run and
jump over three
hurdles and run back
tag your partner and
they will do the same
thing. For the Baton
station, you will run
one lap, hand off the
baton to your partner
and they will do the
same. For the shotput
station you will grab a
partner and practice
the throw using the
COTS back and forth.
