    C-TEC 209 is a zinc thiophosphate, which is prepared from thiophosphoric acid


    based on secondary alcohols.When added into oils, it can inhibit oils oxidation,
    prevent bearing bush corrosion and reduce the wear of cam and tappet. It has
    good antioxidation, antiwear and corrosion inhibiting performance. It is
    comprehensive and universal type of antioxidation, anticorrosion and antiwear
    additives.

    Applications

    Primarily used for blending various grades of engine oils, especially for heavy
    duty supercharged diesel engine oil.
    Also used for blending hydraulic oils and bearing oils.
    The dosage: 0.5-3.0, mass%

    Packing and Handling

    1. It is packed in 200 litre metal drums. Store in dry, clean and well ventilated
    warehouses.
    2. Recommendation: the highest handling temperature should not exceed
    660C; long term storage temperature should not exceed 380C.
