This unit covers the preparation of civil works bills of quantities in Civil Construction. It
includes planning for the civil works bills of quantities process, identifying and calculating
the on-site labour, materials and on-site sub-contractor service requirements, the finalising of
the civil works bills of quantities process and supporting and reviewing the application of the
bill of quantities.
