Hi there! This is space_mutt (Zim Gekko) from Livejournal! You were interested in getting a partial
of your hyena made by me :) Thank you for the reference pics (that's a totally wicked character - I
love it!) , I can give you two quotes for the commission -

$400 - Partial includes head with moving jaw, optional 'follow-me' eyes, detailed teeth. Also has
footpaws, handpaws, and tail.

$300 - Partial includes head with static jaw, standard eyes and teeth. Also has footpaws,
handpaws and tail.

Both prices include shipping and a free conbadge to go along with your new suit. Please let me
know how this sounds to you :) If so, I'll need to get some measurements from you.

Thanks a ton!

That sounds very reasonable. My one question is, can you take payments? I wouldn't expect
any work to be done until it's paid for, but I know I can't pay all $400 at once. I can probably do
$100-$200 per pay check (I'm paid every two weeks, with this week being a pay check week). =]
If that's no problem I'd love to get him done and will get you measurements ASAP.

Hi there!
Sure thing, I forgot to mention in the previous e-mail that divided payments are certainly an
option. Usually I ask for half or so upfront (to gather supplies and fur) and then the remainder
upon update or completion. :) If you're using Paypal, my account is IrkenProdigy@gmail.com
Please remember to include 'Hyena Partial' (or something similar) in the notes!

For your measurements, if I could get -

Head
Circumference (measured all the way around, from the forehead)
Height (from chin to top of head)
Distance across your face (measured from temple to temple)
Distance from the tip of your nose to your chin

Feet
Shoe Size (in American sizing, please)

Hands
Length of your hand, measured from the tip of your middle finger to the base of your palm
Distance from your thumb to your pinkie, measured while the hand is splayed out.

and that should be everything :) If there's any specific details you'd like to point out, please let me
know. I'm saving the reference images you sent me, if you have anymore, feel free to send em
my way too. You'll receive regular updates during the making of your suit, too!

Thanks a bunch!

Sorry I couldn't get back to you till now, I'm without internet at home. Anyway, I know these
might not be 100% the measurements you asked for, but it's the best I had. I can't find my
measuring tape so I had to use these that I'd taken previously and saved on the computer.

brow = 24" with glasses, 22" without

Head length = 10 1/2" top to chin

arm length = 25" from under arm to tip of middle finger.

upper arm = 17 1/4" around
Around wrist = 7"

Hand from wrist to middle finger = 7"

palm of hand at widest point = 3 1/2"
from side of hand to tip of streached out thumb = 6 1/2"
Shoe size = Men's 10 1/2
around calf = 19"
around ankle = 11"

Hi there!
Thanks, those work fine :) Of course, if something winds up not fitting right when you get the suit,
just let me know and I can make adjustments. The nice thing about suits is there there's a little
leeway with the sizing, seeing as they're so flexible, but if an issue pops up, I'll fix it no prob.
I haven't made my fur order yet, but will probably have it done by tonight. Let me e-mail you back
with a few options, you can pick out what you want, then put down your deposit and I'll go ahead
and add it on. Again, if there's any details (fur-related or otherwise) that we haven't covered yet,
please let me know asap so I can get the necessary materials together.

Thanks a bunch!

I think the only thing I haven't mentioned is, that I'd like it to be a little roomy inside the head so
I can wear it comfortably with my glasses. I've had heads before that were supposedly made to fit
around my glasses but they haven't worked so well because they were made just big enough to fit
the measurement I gave, which caused the glasses to press uncomfortably into my face. I have
kind of thick rimmed, retangular shaped glasses, so they stick out from my face a bit, which is
why I ask for the inside to be a bit roomy.

Also, I forgot to ask, are the hand paws shoulder length? If not could I get them that way, I'll
pay a bit more if I have to, but wrist length hand paws are pretty useless to me, since I don't wear
long sleeved shirts, lol.

Sure, I can leave space at the back and make a cut-out around the eyes. The result would be that
you'd have your head resting comfortably at the back while the foam and extra space at the front
would prevent the head from pressing on the glasses (hope that makes sense). It shouldn't look
any different to anyone from the outside, but should be effective on the inside.

The default paws are midlength, meaning they end at the elbow unfortunetly. Should length paws
are only an additional $15 though, and they include elastic at the top to prevent slipping.

Hope that helps, if there's anything else just let me know! :)

I'll go ahaid with the shoulder length. =D And thanks for being accomodating. n_n It's such a
pain not to have my glasses in suit, and often looks silly having them on the outside because they
look to small on the head.

I have some options for the fur for you. Right now I have some lush black seal I can use for the
muzzle/spots/ears, and some regular long-pile black (3" pile!) I can use for the mane and tail, if
you'd like For the brown though, I'd like to get your opinion on any of these -

probably once or twice a week, but I'm setting up a LJ that will have photos so folks can check in.

Hi there!
I know it's been awhile since the last update - I apologize for the delay! There's some photos
attached to this e-mail for you :) I haven't been able to progress much since November,
unfortunetly, but this gives you a chance to approve the basic shape before I continue. In this
photo, I just have the 'face' part finished, it's covered in ducttape so I can start patterning the fur -
the duct tape is not a permanent part of the head. I apologize for the lighting of the photos, but
hope that they give you a good idea of how this is coming along! If you see anything you'd like
changed so far, please let me know! There's two shots from the side (one with the mouth closed,
the other open) and one from the front. The nose will be sanded and refined during the process of
building the head, and the eye holes will be gradually reshaped after the eyes are installed.
Please let me know what you think! Thanks a bunch!

able to do that I'd love to see his other facial peircings done too,. I'm really trying to build a suit
with some personality, not just 'generic hyena #42, as Lazer has a lot of personality to offer.

I'm hoping to have a payment for you this check (That'll be the 19th) but due to it being the

Certainly, it shouldn't be a problem adding in the nostrils, I'll go ahead and put the peircing in
there too for ya :) I'll get back to you when I start on the ears, since they're a whole seperate
peice and are put on closer to the end. Tomorrow I'm going to try and get the eyes in there and
then I can show you another update with those and the nose. For expression, did you want more
sinister, 'evil' sorta eyes, or more goofy/happy eyes?
As for payment, just let me know when I should keep an eye out for it :) No rush, I know how the

Kind of a silly/slaphappy look. Lazer can be crazy and a bit evil but I kind of wanted to make

public outings or huggles. XD

Also, when you start furring the muzzle or whatever, if you could include his two peircings on
the muzzle.. I think you can see them in the refs.. Not sure but it's two studds on each side of the
muzzle. As aid, I'll totally give extra for the peircings, cause it's easier to make them look good if
they are put on during constuction instead of afterwards, where I have to try to make them fit/stay
on and look good.

I'll be seeing my paycheck today and then I can, if possible, send you a payment.

Alright cool, I can do that no problem! I'm going to put the eyes in and take some pics here in a
few hours for you. As for the piercings, do you want the nose one removable? How about for the
muzzle studds? If you want them permanent, I can actually make them into part of the head,
which would gaurentee maximum hold and sturdieness. Otherwise, I can make them out of
Sculpy and install little magnets or hooks so that you can take them out if/when you want.

Hi again! Alrighty, got some pics for you. I just noticed something though - did I get the eye colour
right? It appears different in a few of the reference art pieces, if I got them backwards, just let me
know and I'll make new ones. Also, they look sorta washed out in the photos - it's from the flash,
the eyes are actually nice and bright. If we can get some decent weather here soon, I'd love to
take this outside for some better pics.

The nosering is in now, the nose itself will have a fine black mesh on the inside so the nostrils
wont appear as large as they are right now. The ring itself will be smoothed and shaped a little
more after it's set up a little, and I can paint it with metal paint if you'd like (I have gold, copper
and silver). For the muzzle studs, I'm thinking that if I put them in now, the fur might conceal them
too much. When I start furring the muzzle, I'll leave two spots open for the piercings, install them
with contact cement and then shave around it to make sure they're plenty visible.

Whooo!! He's looking great! I'm so excited! *squee!*. My one question is, can you thicken the

make the ear seem a little deeper too? Which is something that I think I prefer astheticaly. =3 Just
let me know. Also, I'm attatching a badge that shows the piercings the best, since I know I'm not
super good at conveying them through words. The conbadge shows the correct lip and facial

black like you have them), and the OC doodle shows the correct ear piercings.

At least a reply to my e-mail would be cool. =3

Hey there!
I'm sooo sorry, I've been juggling a ton of work right now and keep forgetting to check this, I'll
definitely have something to ya tonight or tomorrow - and yeah, I'm running behind getting
everything shipped :( You needed this in time for FWA, righto? I'll send it overnight or 2nd day if I
have to to get it to ya in time - sorry again about the delays!

Hi there Lazer!
I wanted to send you a quick picture of the tail - just let me know what you think! The markings
have since be airbrushed on, but this was the most recent picture I had on the computer - please
let me know if there's anything you see that you'd like changed.

Thanks again for being so patient!

Hey there,
Wellp, I was trying to attach the extra fur to the other tail and it just wasn't coming out very nice,
so I went ahead and made a whole new one. The pics are attached here, please let me know
what you think - I added a thin length of wire near the end for posability (there's a pic of it posed
in here too), but it straightens out nicely as well. I haven't put markings on this one yet, so just let

Hi there!
Wellp, the suit just went out on Overnight Shipping, it will be to you before 3pm tomorrow.
I just wanted to say thank you for being so patient with me - I took on way too many projects and
got a little overwhelmed there, but you were polite and understanding the whole time :) That being
said, once the suit gets there, please let me know what you think. There's a few things I'd really
like to go back and change in the future if you'd let me - specifically the paws, both hand and foot,
as I found much nicer ways to do them a few days after finishing yours, but never got a chance to
go back and alter them. I'm a very new suit maker and know that I can continue to improve, so if
you ever want any part of your suit redone or modified, don't hesitate to ask - I want you to be
100% happy with the finished product :)

Thanks a ton - have fun at the con! Take pics, I'd love to see em in action :D

This means I'm going to have to wear long sleeves for the whole con while I fursuit.. AKA a
jacket, since I don't own but 1 long sleeved shirt. D= There are also no spots painted on the tail. I
can just manage to squeeze into the head, the neck is a tad tight but the head is nice and roomy
on the inside and breaths well, I like that. Also... I know this is one of your first suits but I have
seams and ducttape showing all over the place... as well as a place on the back of the head
where the fur bunches up in a weird way?

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be an asshole and I know you're pretty new to suit building but I
don't know. I love your style, art wise Lazer is beautifully done.. But I don't know if I'll even be able
to wear him to FWA without shoulderlength paws anyway. D= You also mentioned a moving jaw..
but maybe it's just the tight fit of the neck area but I can't get the movement. Also, some of the
piercings are very loosely glued to the fur and I'm afraid their going to fall off as soon as I start
moving around well...

I really don't know what to do but I hope there is some way we can get this taken care of...

Hi there,
Oh jeez, I was worried about the feet :( That was one of the things I was really wanting to modify
before sending em to you... I'm so sorry, do you have any way to do a temp fix? Industrial hot
glue or plumbers epoxy can work, if you have any aruond. I can certainly make new ones for you,
I wanted to redo them anyway with the more sturdy style. As far as the hands and tail, yes, that's
my fault... I don't know how I missed those, and am completely embaressed. Ugh. I'll be happy to
fix em whenever you're ready.

I'm curious where the tape is showing through though, that really worries me. I use it to reinforce
everything before furring it, it helps reduce the chance of the head being crushed if it's sat on or
kicked accidently, and makes it a little more waterproof, but certainly shouldn't be showing
through :( Again, let me know after the con and I'd be happy to fix it for you. Same with the
peircings, and the jaw, any anything else that you don't like.
I'm sorry again for the errors, I hope you're not too disappointed. Send em back to me afterwards
so I can fix em up, I'll reimburse you for the shipping.

a seam didn't quite match up with the ear. I've not got the head right were with me at the moment
so I can't remember it all.

My only problem is that I just don't have the money for the shipping to send it back.. Once I
finish FWA I have to pay almost $800 for a plane ticket to Germany, where I'll be working for an
untold number of months. I don't know, I guess it's jsut a little dissapointing, as FWA was my last
con before said trip and I wanted to spend it fursuiting and hanging out with some good friends.

I know you were at FWA last year, will you be there this time? Maybe a little bit can be done
there to fix it up a bit? At least so that I can wear it for the con. I myself just don't really have
anything to repair the rubber with, just low-temp hot glue and I know that won't be enough to hold
it. Also, some of the claws were off the hands and the feet.. btu I don't see them in the box? o-o'
Maybe I just missed them and should look again.

Jeez man, I'm so sorry :( I feel awful that it wasn't what you were expecting... is there anything I
can do to make it up to you for the time being? I can Paypal you the money to send it back, when
are you leaving for Germany?

Unfortunetly there's no way I can make it to FWA. I thought it was this weekend (hence the
overnight shipping), but just saw that it's next weekend, which I'm anchored here for work. Just
out of curiousity, are you going to be going to Eurofurence while in Germany? It's in August, and
there's a slim chance that I'll make it over there for that. I don't know how that would help or
anything, but it's a thought.

If there's anything I can do, please let me know. If the feetpaws don't work for you, I have a pair of
mascot shoes that I could send you for now. It'd atleast be something to wear with the suit.. heck,
I might be able to make another set of handpaws for ya today and ship em out. Just let me know,
the choice is yours, I want you to be happy with it in the end.

Growly is going to bring some epoxy glue to fix the feet, if you were able to get another set of

being helpful about it, I've had some bad experiences with commisions in which some people go

trying to be harsh, I just want to be able to wear and enjoy the suit. Like I said, he's artistically

Hey Zim, I'm back from FWA and I was sending you an e-mail, even though I really dread to
because I hate doing things like this... But.. Is there any way I could have you remake my suit or
give me a refund, minus the cost of materials of course.. I mean.. there are just so many flaws
with the suit that I was unable to use it at all this weekend. I guess I'll just tell you what's wrong so
that it's all out in the open.

The head, while roomy enough inside for my glasses, had a neck too small for me to fit them.. I'm
just able to squeeze my heade inside. The plaster nose cracked and squished during the shipping
I suppose? So the paint is coming off and it's bend out of shape. Not to mention the visible seams
and duct tape. The piercings also aren't very secure and I'm afraid they'll be very easy to come off
with any sort of activity. The teeth are very loose and about to fall out, and we'd agreed on a
moving jaw, mine doesn't move at all. The head also doesn't have a lot of support either, so the
back kind of collapses into looking flat because of that.

As for the hand paws, I appreciate the remake but the seams are very funny, especially at the
wrist.. it looks like you didn't cut the pattern to narrow and so you had left over fabric which just
makes a weird pooched out area at the wrist. We also agreed on shoulder length paws in our e-
mails. On the hands themselves there is at least one split seam and the arms didn't have spots
like they should. The claws on the remakes stayed on, but I'm not too fond of how they curve over
the fingers instead of sticking out.

The feet were a disaster, the soles were off when I opened the package.. They had no real toe
definition and looked just like slippers instead of paws. The claws were comming off of them as
well and one had some weird.. thing... going on with the leg where the fur was turned down and
glued funny..? They fit on my feet, and were the right size at least.

With the tail.. where to start.. No spots, there is a hole in the material, close to the top of the tail, I
can see, and pull out, stuffing from this hole. The extra fur you attatched is comming off and looks
like it was glued on or just lightly sewn. It didn't quite match my pictures either, though I'll say it's
artistic expression.

The fur also was not at all the quality I'd expected.. Are you sure it's really CR's fur? If it were me
I'd have sent that stuff back to them... it's very thin and not a nice quality at all.. I was hoping for
something a bit more full and actually fur like.

All in all the suit was not what I had expected.. Artistically the face is well done but the
construction, over all, is shoddy and seems rushed. I don't know if you forgot about the deadline...
or just piled too much up on your plate but this is not what I expected at all. Your other work looks
very nice and I've not heard anything bad about them.. so I'm assuming that maybe this was just
a bad run for your or something. Benifit of the doubt. I hate to sound like a jerk, and I always
dread telling someone that I'm not pleased with something they made for me.. but I can't see
myself getting any use out of the suit the way that it is right now.

I can remake it, but it'd have to be after these other ones are finished. At the moment I'm
booked until mid-May unless someone else pulls out. While I'd like to give you a refund,
there was almost no profit in this suit, most of the money went to supplies and shipping.

The head, while roomy enough inside for my glasses, had a neck too small for me to fit them..
I'm just able to squeeze my heade inside. The plaster nose cracked and squished during the

Well, at least this tells me to ask for neck circumference while collecting measurements.
The plaster nose is something we're definitely cycling out, as you might know your head is
the third head I'd made, and while the nose worked fine on the first two, it's something
we're already looking to alternatives for. I'm not sure why the jaw isn't moving, it moved
(albeit with limit) before leaving here.

As for the hand paws, I appreciate the remake but the seams are very funny, especially at the

the fingers instead of sticking out.

Again, these are firsts. As for the shoulder-length paws, yes, that was my mistake - I was
referencing an earlier e-mail while making notes about the suit. However, I wasn't aware
that you had specifications on the types of claws for the hands, and I'm not sure what you
mean by the spots. What was wrong with them?

The feet were a disaster, the soles were off when I opened the package.. They had no real toe
definition and looked just like slippers instead of paws. The claws were comming off of them as
well and one had some weird.. thing... going on with the leg where the fur was turned down and
glued funny..? They fit on my feet, and were the right size at least.

Yes, as mentioned in my previous e-mail, I've already offered to make you a free pair of
feet. That was our first pair, and I wasn't happy with them going into the box and wasn't
expecting you to be happy with them coming out. We've already begun a completely
different style of footpaw that has recieved very positive feedback from the two people
who've tried them out. They'll certainly be used in your remake.

With the tail.. where to start.. No spots, there is a hole in the material, close to the top of the
tail, I can see, and pull out, stuffing from this hole. The extra fur you attatched is comming off and
looks like it was glued on or just lightly sewn. It didn't quite match my pictures either, though I'll

You approved the tail before it was shipped - the spots are completely my fault and I
apologize. As far as the hole, again, I'm really not sure how that could've happend...
though at this point, I'll accept that if it happend here, it was overlooked and I apologize for
that.

The fur also was not at all the quality I'd expected.. Are you sure it's really CR's fur? If it were
me I'd have sent that stuff back to them... it's very thin and not a nice quality at all.. I was hoping

Your partial was the very first partial we've ever done - I made sure to mention that as
much as possible, as I didn't want anyone purchasing something expecting professional
quality. At the moment, we're already leaps and bounds away from that and have improved
a great deal - the two full suits and two partials that've gone out this week have recieved
nothing but praise (with a few peices of constructive criticism). While not rushed, a lot of
this was firsts, and with ever first comes experience. As mentioned up there, I'm happy to
remake this for you, but I will need the original back. If you could please resend your
measurements, including neck circumfurence, I'll put you in the que and begin production
as soon as we're further caught up. Thank you for the feedback.

some mistakes on the suit that seemed very amature and not something that someone offering
commissions should have made? I guess I assumed that if you felt comfortable enough to take on
commissioned work that you must have at least made a few personal suits in the past to have
learned from. I guess I shouldn't have assumed?

As for the wait, I suppose it's not a big issue, though it does cause complications, as I won't be
in the United States anymore by that time... And I really don't want to have to pay some
rediculous shipping fee to have the suit where I am. I suppose I'll cross the bridge when it gets
here. I'll ship it back to you either this weekend or on my next paycheck, can I get a shipping
address please?

As for the tail, it something that had to have happened there, as it was like that when I took it
out of the box. I dunno, maybe it's just the way I work but I wouldn't have sent out something that
I was not personally proud of or at least fairly happy with. I'm not trying to nitpick the thing to
death, but when I send it back, if you really look over it, I'm sure you'll see why I'm complaining. I
am glad your new suits have gotten some nice reviews and that you are finding new, better ways
to build. I hope we can end this on a positive note. If at all possible.. could we try to find a nicer

way that fur worked out.

I'd also like to ask if some changes in the building material or possible? I just find the plaster
structure to not be very sturdy, I mean just the shipping killed the nose itself and caused the
muzzle to become misshapen. I know you can't control what the post office does to your
packages.. but I think a mainly foam/baklava construction might be a little more durable maybe?

Anyway, please get back in touch and I will mail the package this weekend if that is acceptable.

That's fine, send it back as soon as possible. We don't use the plaster at all anymore, and haven't
since that suit was made.

If possible I am interested in these furs.

black here for the hands and feet paws. I figured we could maybe use this for the
mohawk/mane : http://www.distinctivefabric.com/fabric.php?product=EXTRALONGFUR1 , in the
black as well of course.

The reason I'm asking is because I'm having a body suit made by someone else and would like
the furs to match. If needed I will pay for the new fur so that it can match my full suit.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that if anything, your local USPS handlers are the
ones doing the damage. I've never received a package as badly beaten as this one is - there's
almost literally nothing left of the head at this point. I think when the new one gets shipped, I'd like
to either use UPS or FedEx if possible, because even a better-made head than this would take a
beating from treatment like that.

Needless to say though, it did arrive here, and I'll send you a quote for the fur shortly.

Unfortunetly, I've been dealing with trolling from Growly on various fursuit communities (including
her post on this one) ever since you recieved the original suit. It's a little aggrivating seeing as I've
never even met her, or had any form of communication with her prior to this that I can recall.
Honestly, I'm not sure how else you would've liked me to solve the problem with the original suit,
other than what we're doing right now. If you'll look to our previous e-mails, I'd even offered to
cover the cost of the new fur for you when we were discussing this originally, so again, I can help
but feel like the hostility is a little misplaced.

Now, I don't want this to become an argument, but a large part of the reason your replacement
suit is not yet finished is due to the amount of time it took to recieve the old one back. Yes, the fur
was ordered, and yes, I'm STILL waiting for a response from CRS about whether or not they're
going to be able to fill my order. Unfortunetly, there's not much I can do besides continue to
hound them about it.

If you need another way to get in contact with me, my cell phone is REMOVED, texts are
preferred. I would've been happy to give you that information earlier had you requested it, or
expressed that you were unhappy with the way this was playing out.

But yes, now that I've moved into our new place (which, yes, we were without internet off and on
during the course of the past month or so), communication will improve. I just don't appreciate the
snark, and if we're going to continue to do business, it really does need to stop. Feel free to
express your concerns privately, of course, but I do want to keep this professional.

Thanks,
Zim

The black goes a little high on the muzzle. o-o It's only supposed to be the end of the muzzle, not
up the face like that. The coloration should really be the same as the original, as far as where the
fur colors are. The only thing wrong with the original was the quality really, the style and fur color
placement were fine.

see, I'm done, I don't care if it goes on Artist Beware, I haven't done anything with furries in two
months and really don't intend to do anything further with them in the future. I don't know what
else you want at this point, sorry.

The hotel didn't loose it, as it never arrived in the first place. I've kept in touch with them and it
never showed up there. If it had they would have returned it to your address, so I have been
assured. I do not see how, when the head was returned and had to be shipped again, that it
would arrive before the feet and tail that were not returned to you. I'm skeptical that they were
sent at all. If you could provide some proof that they were shipped, such as a receipt from the
post office or some sort of trackable information then I would consider this a fluke of the post
office.

Also, AB is not strictly furry, I know lots of nonfurs who visit, but furry or not should not
determine proper business practices.

I haven't seen the reciept in months, I was under the impression you'd gotten the stuff since I
hadn't heard from you. Yes, the stuff was sent. It wouldn't make a whole lotta sense for me to
waste the money on fur and then not, you know, make the suit with it and finally get rid of this
issue. I'm pretty sure at one point you got progress photos too. So tell me, what in the world is it
you want? I'm not buying more fur, and I really don't have the means to make anything at this
point anyway, so how do you want to solve this?

I have the emails to show where I had attempted to contact you ever since the con was
completed. If you didn't get the emails then I am not at fault for that, as you seem to be getting
these just fine.
At this point I would simply like to be reimbursed for the parts that I didn't get so I can
commission someone to finished the suit. If you need witnesses that I didn't get the items at FWA
then I can put you in touch with all 5 of my room mates as well as the people who saw me wear
the head and paws with my wolf tail because I didn't have the other.

There's absolutely no way I can reimburse you at the moment. What you've sent me has gone to
buying the materials to make the suit originally, shipping it overnight originally, then rebuying the
material to replace the original suit and shipping out two packages, overnight, twice. Hell, a
majority of what you paid has gone into shipping. If I did make any sort've profit at this point, it
was in the double digits, and if you REALLY want that, I'll let you know next time I get money in
Paypal.

This isn't about your profit margin, this is about the fact that I paid for something and only got
part of it. Thus I feel I have the right to be reimbursed for the part of it that I paid for and did not
receive. I apologize if you made no profit, you are the one who priced your work, I simply paid
what you quoted for an item that I have only gotten half of.

You got your suit the first time, which you were unhappy with, and I used the rest of what you
paid me to remake it for you. There's nothing else I can do for you at this point. I can break down
the exact cost of everything and show you that there really isn't anything left to refund. Me pricing
my items doesn't have anything to do with it, I made my prices low because, as mentioend
before, these were experimental suits in the first place, something you were very much aware of
back when you requested this commission. I used what I'd normally keep as pay for work to
remake your items. As said already, I've made your items twice, you've received your items twice,
I am not paying something that's either the post office or hotel's fault that I've already done my
best to fix. I'll take the blame for the rest of the issues we've had during this transaction, fine, but I
am not about to pay you again for something I've already paid for twice.

I'm sorry but you didn't remake this out of pocket. I paid for fur again because you didn't order
the fur I wanted the first time and got it from another source. I know you offered to do it out of
pocket but I didn't want you to feel put out so I paid for the new fur. As I stated, please provide
me with some sort of proof that the items were made/shipped and I will consider the matter
dropped, until then I will do what I can on my behalf, within the extent of the proper law and
authority.

Excuse me? You never sent me money for replacement fur, the funds for that came straight out
of what you originally paid. And yes, at this point I'm saying 'no' to any further work or refunds, but
because it WOULD be out of pocket if I continued remaking this stuff for you. I've made you two
suits, I've sent you two suits, I don't know what else you want at this point, but it's absolutely
ridiculous.

I never asked for another remake, I asked to be refunded for what I didn't get.. and please this
if I didn't pay for the fur:

Alright, then I'm mistaken in that regard. If you want the massive pile of scraps from the remake,
I'll send you that.

No, really I'd prefer a refund for the feet and tail, I don't know what I'd do with scraps of fur that
may, or may not be of any use in making the remainder of the suit, or of a size that anything
could be made of them. The original issue is still that I paid of a suit and got half of one. the
original was unusable, and you yourself admitted that you did not feel the original was good or up
to your standards... so, even though I knew it wouldn't be professional quality, I think if even you
admit that you thought the original was below standards, then counting it as me having already
gotten what I paid for is a bit BS.
