impossible to make choices which are always right because we are human beings not a
God. Thus concerns in the life are how you overcome and learn regrettable choices you
made and memories you experience which lead you to regrets.

Those choices are not that far from what we think. Not only choices which can lead
traumatic and serious memories but also regrettable choices from ordinary life are those
choices. They could be choices you make in relationship with family or lovers, studies,
works

We have to stop regret about it. What we have to do is just facing and
embracing the regrettable choice we made.
