September 2014-May 2015
During high school, I was required to spend an hour during my last period class in the
elementary school. At this time, I would help the teachers with their lessons or
sometimes I would just run errands for them.

W.L Higgins Elementary School

October 2016-Current
I was required to be in the school for over 34 hours to observe a 1 st grade class. During
this time, I had the opportunity to teach the class a few lessons on math and reading. I
also worked with students during stations and I helped my mentor with anything she
needed.

Frank Stone Middle School

February 2016-May 2016
I was required to be in the school for over 30 hours to observe a 7 th grade English Class.
During this time, I tutored multiple students and helped my mentor with anything she
needed.

My GPA was a 3.8 and I was accepted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. I took a
handful of educational and business courses.

A&M Texarkana
On November 12, I was accepted into the Teacher Preparation Program where I plan to
receive my certification for EC-6.
