Zerg: BG Token / Suicide Aggro Noncreature (13)

Creature (23)
Zerg aims to attack early and often, creating millions of expendable 1/1 green Zerg tokens.
The cards in the deck synergize with these tokens- pumping them, using them as cannon fodder, food, and a myriad other ways.
Always be on the offensive and never lose tempo.

Terran: RW Midrange Morph

Noncreature (15)
Creature (20)
Terran relies on cunning and flexibility to win. Morph represents cloaking and/or transformation.
The deck can switch strategies much faster than the others - either turtling or burning out the opponent as necessary.
It requires a lot of mana for activated abilities, and its cards support this theme as well.

Protoss: WU Blink Control

Noncreature (17)
Creature (18)
Protoss relies on controlling the board before ending the game decisively.
Its early creatures are all optimized for defense, and clever use of bounce/exile effects allow delaying the game and getting great value.
Once the board is secure, a single finisher can end the game quickly.
