Ground Floor Car park area 310.25 Sq.Ft at the rate of € 1400 /- (Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred Only). Remaining Ground Floor Constructed area plus First Floor, Second Floor, Terrace Floor area works out to 734 +1044+1044+244 = 3066 Sq.Ft at the rate of % 1650 /- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Only). 3. Client should bear cost for the following External items of work :- 1. Bore well and Motors. 2. Service connection from Electricity Board. 3. Water Connection from MMWSSB. 4, Sewage connection from MMWSSB. Other than this general civil engineering Construction practice will be carried out as per Standards to the Satisfaction of Client. If any dispute arises between the two parties shall be settled in Chennai only.
