Supervise the procedure of paint procedure in the inner side of the

products and the heating machine to strengthen the paint quality.
Last step of the production dept. is diamond cutting, in which the
diamond cutting machine is used to do designing in the base of the
products

Accomplishments1
(1) I have learned to work through the tool, connected with production teams, and supervising
the techniques used by them.
(2) I analyzed the machinery working and its capabilities and production.
(3) Gives them suggestions to improve the temperature and maximize the use pof natural light
for better productions.

Challenges2
(1) Severe climatic conditions in the production area.
(2) Supervision production area task given by Mr. Gul Nawaz to supervise the employees of
production area.
(3) Few availabilities of medical equipments.
(4) Non availability of a scale to see the melting point of alloyall the supervision is done on
precision basis.
