    This study aims to analyze and compare the results of 60 patients undergoing two bariatric surgery procedures: laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding for 30 patients and laparoscopic vertical banded gastroplasty for 30 patients. The study will compare outcomes such as operative time, postoperative pain, duration of hospital stay, vomiting, return to normal activities, and weight loss after one year.
