The class will be required to submit a digest of all the cases assigned, as a form of class
output. This will be taken into consideration as part of the recitation component of the final
grade.
Time permitting, there will also be a moot court activity. Details of the said activity will be
discussed in class.
The Professor, in his discretion, may assign students to report on the following topics:
