Profile (Say a few words about yourself, qualifications

and your teaching career.
I am a curious, inquirer and innovator teacher who loves
to go beyond to give my students the best quality in
education. I hold a degree in Foreign Languages
(English-French) from Universidad del Valle. I have been
working form more than 5 years to different levels and
ages. I have taught English to adults at the university
and to children other subjects like science, social studies,
math in English about 2 years ago. I like to learn
contents of other subjects, especially science. I have also
taught French to adults and I help kids with private
classes.
I have attended to different conferences like the one
from Ken Hyland about Feedback.

2.

I am planning to study a Master in Education in England

or Australia next year.
Assignment 1
(Results Sheet/Feedback Form from your Trainer)

12-14 = Excellent
Marcela: This is an excellent Assignment and you have used
well the knowledge and techniques acquired on the Course.
You are very thorough in your planning and have used good
materials to support the successful achievement of your aims
- thank you for sharing them with me too. You didnt receive
full marks because of your reason that you thought the lesson
would be successful: to say a lesson will be successful
because you have planned it, is not an acceptable reason, it
would all depend on the quality of the plan. You need to be
able to identify your reasons before a lesson based on the
type of activity, student interaction patterns, materials used,
and your guidance to meet the lesson aim, student
engagement etc. You may well have meant all these things

but you only identified the plan rather than its content. I very
much liked your reflection on what you will focus on to
improve your lessons. Well done!

Assignment 2
(Results Sheet/Feedback Form from your Trainer)

5.

Participation
(Describe briefly your participation in the sessions and
group activities. Give a few examples of where you made
a contribution to the session or your group or pair work.)
Im very curious so I tried to ask a lot in class about the
techniques and strategies we learned so in somehow
these question made a contribution in the course.
Besides, working in groups like when we planned the
locomotion system content contributed on thinking how
to start developing lesson plans taking into account CLIL.
In fact, this lesson was made with teachers from the
school so all these experiences contributed to my school
and teachers learning.

6.

On the other hand, during the sessions I enjoyed having

an interaction with other teachers and learning from
their experiences and perspectives. I learned a lot from
the course and tried to apply everything in my classes.
