Upon receipt of notice about defects from the buyer, within 72 hours, the seller shall be responsible for
sending technicians to the site to confirm and solve the problem. In case of minor errors, the equipment
shall be fixed at the site within 20 working days. In case of major errors, the seller shall find the best
solution

In case of late delivery for the reasons other than force majeure as defined in this contract, the seller shall

If payment for any sum payable is delayed, the seller shall be entitled to receive interest on the amount

The defects liability period shall be extended by a period equal to the period during which the goods cannot
be used by reason of any defect. Notwithstanding, in case of the new supplies furnished by way of
replacement, the defects liability period shall not be recalculated from the beginning for the replacement.

of the performance bond. If the goods are late for 15 days of the schedule shipment, if such delay exists per
30 days, the Seller shall pay 5% of the sum of the performance bond

The seller shall be liable for penalty in breach of this contract as below:
The short delivery shall not be liable for penalty. In this case the buyer shall be entitled to claim discount
equavalient to the difference between the actual delivered goods and the goods which the seller is
responsible for delivering/should have been delivered

During delivery, operating if the A party find out the equipment which are not of the category or damaged
under specifications stated in..Annex 2 of the contract , the party A shall conduct a sealed design equipment
and notify the party B within 24 hours
