Error & Solution

Error 1. SMTP :- 550.5.7.1 unable to relay

Solution:
1-Goto TCode RZ10 or RZ11 and check Parameters for SMTP port & J2ee_start:
Error 1. SMTP :- 550.5.7.1 unable to relay

2.Check the services for SMTP port in SMICM

Goto SMICM->Goto->Service

3.Check whether the port is in active for SMTP

C:/windows/system32/driver/etc/host
If sms address not in there,
Add sms address by CI host

(in solman)

5. Open CMD in AIX

#cd..
#cd..
#telnet smtp.gmail.com (or domain name) 25 (port)
6.Restart the IIS services and add some IPs in solution manager it will
work.
