portable hotspot.
6. Touch USB tethering.
7. Review the introduction
for tethering and touch Agree.
8. Genesis is now tethered
to the computer to provide it with a data connection. To end the tether, just touch USB tethering again.

9. To have Genesis serve
as a portable Wi-Fi hotspot, it does NOT need to be connected to a PC with a USB cable, and it should not be connected to a Wi-Fi network. From the Tethering & portable hotspot menu, touch Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.
10. Review the
introduction for portable Wi-Fi hotspot and touch Agree.
11. To protect your
hotspot, you should create a password for it. Touch Portable Wi-Fi hotspot settings.
12. Touch Configure
Wi-Fi hotspot.
Note: A tethering data package is
required for Tethering and Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot usage.
13. Your password defaults to your phone number. You may
change the password by touching the Password field and entering a new password. Touch Show password to review your password. Any device attempting to connect to the network will need to enter this password. Touch Save.
