Manage Project Controls

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to outline the process by which Project Management and the Principle
Estimator engage all the affected departments to maximise the success of the forthcoming estimate.

Scope

This document applies to all estimating personnel that have been assigned to the estimate. Management
will identify to the estimators all pertinent requirements needed for a successful estimate. This document
applies to all estimates within the KBR Offshore Product Line. This Process Map is divided into the three
