Detailed of Revised Regular Result with Information of Supplementary Exam.

The detailed result along with list of students who will appear in supplementary
examination of the UG programme (B. Tech /1st Sem. /3rd Sem. /5th Sem./7th sem., 2015-16)
is available on the Institute Website (Student Notice Board) and also sent to all the Head of
the Departments. All concerned are requested/ advised to go through the detailed result
available in the Institute website and which was sent to the respective Head of the
departments for necessary action on behalf of the department.
If any discrepancy / error is noticed by the student with regard to his / her own result, it
has to be informed immediately in writing referring such error / discrepancy. Application
has to be made to Dr. Partha S. Bhowmik, The Faculty-in-charge (Acad & Exams), NIT
Durgapur in a A4 paper to be submitted to Mr. Koushik Ranjan Kar (Academic Section)
enclosing self-attested photocopy of his / her Grade Cards of all his / her previous
semesters. The application has to be forwarded by the respective Head of the Department /
Programme Coordinator of the Department and to be submitted to the academic section on
or before Feb. 13, 2016. Requests made beyond this period will be entertained only after
completion of programme.

The said supplementary examination 2015 2016 will be held during 02-02-2015 to 0802-2015. All the students who are to appear in the B. Tech. (1st, second, fifth & seventh
sem.) Supplementary Examination 2015 2016 are advised to get in touch with the
Department concerned positively.
