Redemption

To redeem means to purchase ,compensate for a wrongdoing or offence

and gaining ownership of something.
Hebrews 9:12 - Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he
entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption [for us].
1 Corinthians 6:20 - For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your
body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
Remission of Sins

Hebrews 9:22 - And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of
blood is no remission.
1 John 1:7 - But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, blood of Jesus Christ his Son
cleanseth us from all we have fellowship one with another, and the sin.
Hebrews 10:4 - For [it is] not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
Sanctification and purification

Hebrews 9:13-14 - For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling

Reconciles us with the Father
Deuteronomy 7:9 - Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he [is] God, the faithful
God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his
commandments to a thousand generations;
Through the Blood of Jesus Christ we have been reconciled to the Father and we are
no onger aliens to Him but we have been brought in His presence , That is why He
said come boldly to the throne of grace and obtain mercy in the time of need

Exodus 24:8 - And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled [it] on the people, and said, Behold the
blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words.
Hebrews 9:1-28 - Then verily the first [covenant] had also ordinances of divine service, and a
worldly sanctuary
Cleanses us from all unrighteousness
Hebrews 9:14 - How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal
Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works
to serve the living God?
Gives us Divinity-ZOE
The life is in the blood.

Leviticus 17:11 - For the life of the flesh [is] in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the
altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it [is] the blood [that] maketh an atonement for the
soul.
Paralyses the enemy
As we all know that the devil is the accuser of the brethren who walks about seeking
whom he may devour but the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sins and makes us
holy and righteous leaving no opportunity for the devil to condemn us nor accuse us
before the Father.This is because if he cannot accuse us there Is no way he can
attack us.
They overcame it through the blood and the word of their testimony.
The blood testifies and witnesses to the Father (it speaks)
Abels Blood cried out to God in Heaven. That is the same way that the Bqlood of
Jesus Christ cries to heaven for our salvation, victory, healing, deliverance,
righteousness, and favourable outcome.
Blood sweat and tears
Blood sweat and tears testify of the work you have done(sweat), the evil that has
been dobe to you (tears ) and murder (blood ) to God and he hears.
Marriage

Hebrews 10:29 - Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who
hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith
he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
Mark 14:24 - And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for
many.
Matthew 26:28 - For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the

Pleading The Blood of Jesus Christ and why it is important

And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their
testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death Revelations 12:11
If you are an accused offender or defendant in court when you are asked to take the stand you
are asked to plead you either plead that you are guilty or you are not guilty and you are asked to
testify(give evidence) and state reasons why you say so. This will be used as your defence
together with the assistance of your lawyer and your counsel, by the judges and magistrate to
cross examine you and make a decision of what judgement you deserve.
So its your final plea of how you are going to be judged by the judges. It is the same thing in the
spiritual real when the kingdom of darkness comes against you and accuses you of beiung sinful
and unworthy of Gods presence and blessings you will have to plead that you are not guilty but
you are righteous and of which in our case we plead the blood of Jesus Christ.
There is no greater plea that is more acceptable and pleasurable to The Amlighty God our Father
the true judge than the pure spotless blameless Blood of Jesus Christ His lamb as offering for our
righteousness,salvation and deliverance.Look at what prophet Isaiah says about our
righteousness:
All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like

filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away.
We are all infected and impure with sin. When we display our righteous deeds, they
are nothing but filthy rags. Like autumn leaves, we wither and fall, and our sins
sweep us away like the wind.Isaiah 64:6

This means that no matter how we try our own righteousness will never satisfy God but only His
own righteousness will and that is what He provided for us redemption through the blood of His
dear Son Jesus Christ.
