Procedure

Leaflet

The teacher distributes leaflets to the students as they enter

the classroom, impersonating a stereotypical member of
Greenpeace by shouting Save the world! The future is in
your hands!
When the students sit down, the teachers asks them to read
the leaflet and asks questions about it:
-What does the Earth needs according to the leaflet?
-What does Greenpeace aim to do?
-Where can you contact them?
-What does the banner of Greenpeace say?
-Have you ever encountered similar leaflets or flyers?
-What other environmental protection associations are you
familiar with? (e.g.: UNICEF)

Exercise book

The teacher asks the students to form groups of four or

five. They have to come up with their own organisation,
describe what it stands for, and create a motto and a logo
for it. They have 7 minutes for this and each group presents
their organisation afterwards.

Handout

Each pair of students present their ppt to the other

students using the digital board. The rest can ask a few

ppt-s about
