HOW TO MAKE CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients and Seasonings:


1 chickens were already clean
white water clean enough
oil for frying to taste
5 grains of roasted hazelnut (puree)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
6 red onions (puree)
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Fine salt
PSIR sugar
Flavoring

Additional Materials:
30 ml chicken stock (broth chicken cooking water)
4 tablespoons of rice flour

Steps:
1). chicken already clean cut into 6 parts
2). then coat with seasoning mashed until smooth
3). let stand for 35 minutes so the flavors mingle with chicken
4). boiled chicken in boiling water, wait until cooked and tender
5). take chicken broth former chicken stew and then lift the chicken
and drain
6). heat to fry over a medium heat and fry the chicken until golden
brown, remove drain
7). kremes material mixed together with chicken broth, stirring until
smooth
8). fried dough kremes little by little, stirring wait until cooked and
dry, lift the drain
9). kremes fried chicken and flour stirred into one in a container
10). kremes fried chicken ready to be served
