Induction
Netconnects Salary payout date is 7th of every month.
Salary slip will be sent to you on 15th of every month on your personal E Mail ID.
If you dont receive pay slips on 16th of every month, please get back to us in the same month.
You will be required to follow the Office timings and Holiday calendar of your project location.
Your Rel/Exp. Letters will be released post completion of 10 working days from your LWD (Last Working
Day) in the System.
Your F&F will be cleared post completion of 60 working Days from your LWD.

In case you resign before 12 months from your DOJ, the cost involved in your
background verification would be deducted from your F&F.

Leave Policy:
Every resource in Netconnect is entitled for 18 days of leave in a year (i.e. 1.5 days in a month).
Resource has to accumulate their monthly leave & can take prior approval from their Client site Manager
& proceed on planned leave.
If the leave is not approved or it exceeds more than 18 days, leave will be treated as LWP (Leave
without Pay).
Resource has to inform their Client site manager about their emergency leave on time either through call
or sms, etc.
These 18 Days of Leave includes each & every type of Leave, i.e., Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Annual
Leave, etc.
Balance leaves of a previous Calendar year cannot be carried forward/encashed/adjusted against
Notice Period.
Leave period is calculated from 1st January till 31st December of every year.

Mediclaim & Accidental Insurance Policy:


Every Netconnect employee is covered under Group Medical Insurance and Accidental Insurance Policy
while on duty, up to a maximum limit of 50,000/- (Mediclaim) and a sum of 100,000/- (Accidental)
respectively per annum, subject to the terms & conditions of the Insurance Company. It is apart from
your CTC.
As per Accidental Insurance Policy, if there is a loss of any Organ or a case of permanent disability, then
only your insured for 1,00,000/- per annum. Otherwise, every case comes under normal Mediclaim
category & then you are insured for 50,000/- per annum only.
The Mediclaim Card is issued to the Employee within 2 3 months from his/her DOJ (Date of Joining).
This Policy is a Group Insurance Policy of the Company, providing Mediclaim & Accidental Insurance
coverage to an employee only, not to any of their family members or dependents.

If the Netconnect employees have not been issued with their Mediclaim Insurance Cards or
Nos., they have to bear their Medical Expenses on their own in any medical exigencies & later
on file their Mediclaim Reimbursement along with all original Admit/Discharge Cards,
Prescriptions, Bills, Reports, etc either directly to TPA / Mediclaim Authorities or to Netconnect
Bangalore H.O., to get the amount passed & reimbursed (within authorized limit as per Policy)
by TPA / Mediclaim Authorities.

Attendance:
Netconnects Salary Payout date is 7th of every month, First Month Salary Would be late, maximum by
15 it will be payout.
Netconnects Monthly Attendance cycle is from 26th of the previous month to 25th of current month.
But, Salaries are computed from 1st Day of the current month to the last Day of the current month.
Employees need to submit their Attendance Time-sheets to their respective Client Site Project Manager
for their approvals by 27th of every month.
Once Employees attendances get approved, they have to send their Approved Attendances to us at
attendance@netconenctglobal.com by 29th / 30th of every month on regular basis. So that their Payroll
will be processed on time & their salaries gets released on 7 th of every month.

E).

Exit Policy:
All Employees are required to serve 30 Days / 60 Days Notice Period respectively (as mentioned in
their Appointment letters) to get relieved.
All Employees are expected to do proper hand-over & submit their Assets (issued by the Client) before
relieving, for their smooth exit.
All Employees are expected to take proper clearance and Resignation approval (stating their LWD) from
their respective Client Site Managers before relieving.
All Employees are expected to furnish their approved resignation
