Customs Administrative Order 06-2016 dated December 2, 2016—which implements Section 800 (f) Chapter 1, Title VIII , and other relevant sections of Republic Act (RA) No. 10863, otherwise known as CMTA—was signed by Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon and Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III.
